Beginning in 1947 and continuing until 1964, Rockford Newspapers name an "All-City" team that included players from Harlem and St. Thomas, which weren't in the Big Eight with Rockford East and West. The newspaper discontinued the team in 1964 when Belvidere, Harlem and Boylan joined the Big Eight.
